Payments should be made within 15 days of the invoice date and prior to shipment. We accept the following methods of payments:

1.      Bank Transfer (Bank to Bank)
After receival of your order we will provide you with detailed information regarding our bank account.

2.      Cash payment (only for customers in Dubai) 
We accept cash payment from our customers in Dubai only, upon delivery  of the artwork.

“7 day money back guarantee“ policy:

Alegria Art has a "7 day Money Back Guarantee". If the customer is not 100% satisfied within 7 days after receipt of the purchase, the customer can return the artwork(s) for a full refund of the purchase.
If you wish to return you art work please notify us by e-mail within 7 days after receival of your art work. After receival of the art work, in an undamaged condition, the amount involved will be refunded by Alegria Art (excluding shipping and handling costs) to the customer within 15 business days.

IMPORT DUTIES:

Import Duties (for delivery outside the U.A.E. / G.C.C.) are not included in the price of the artwork. In most countries, hand-painted oil paintings on canvas are duty free. If the destination country imposes import duties and/or taxes, the customer is responsible for their payment. Please contact Alegria Art or the Customs Service in your country directly to receive information regarding import duties, as policies may vary per country.
