SHIPMENT
Every art piece of Alegria Art is safely packed by hand, in strong materials to secure maximum safety in shipping and to prevent damages. 1. Unframed paintings will be packed by using a thin plastic layer in between and bubble wrap around the art pieces. 2. Framed paintings will be packed in carton. Due to the above packing procedure of Alegria Art the chances will be very low that your art work will be damaged upon arrival. However in case that situation occurs, please inform us, within 48 hours after delivery at your address, and we will take all necessary steps to compensate you for all damages incurred. Damaged goods will be replaced whenever possible or reimbursed if we are not able to replace them. Although we choose the best partners in shipping and delivery, please note that some delays and problems can occur from time to time due to unforeseen reasons. In case you have good reasons to believe that your shipment has been lost, please notify us immediately and we will try to trace the shipment. If Alegria Art receives back the art work due to the fact that the customer did not accept the delivery upon receival, the customer needs to pay the shipment costs for resending the art work. Worldwide shipping is available and we deliver unframed paintings worldwide for free by express mail (EMS). It takes normally 8-21 days by express mail (EMS).

The office of Alegria Art is located in Dubai, therefore we can personally deliver framed and unframed paintings at any location in Dubai. Delivery of unframed paintings within Dubai is for free. Shipment costs for framed paintings (> 20’ x 24’) however will not be free of charge within Dubai.
If a customer would prefer the purchase(s) to be delivered by courier, air transport or shipped by sea the freigthcosts will not be free of charge. EMS and the couriers we will use provide a worldwide on-line tracking system.
Paintings delivered outside Dubai will usually be send unframed. If a customer outside Dubai would like to purchase a framed painting, the shipment will not be free of charge and might cause expensive shipping costs. We recommend for destinations outside Dubai to order the paintings unframed. However, if you would like to purchase a framed painting, we will make a quotation for you and inform you about the shipment costs involved. The freight costs will depend on the weight of the paintings, the real-time price and the express time. We will find the fastest and cheapest shipping method for our framed paintings.
